Three services, one goal: clarity.

Dashboards, AI, CRM or automation — every engagement starts with your goals, not the technology. As your solutions architect, I design the whole journey, including choosing the right systems in the first place.

Power BI dashboards that answer real questions

Most organisations don't have a data problem — they have a scattered data problem. Spreadsheets, exports, systems that don't talk to each other. I connect it all into one accurate, always-up-to-date picture, designed around the decisions you actually need to make. In Northern Ireland's voluntary and community sector this is urgent: 82.2% of VCSE organisations say managing information to demonstrate impact is a top priority (Wired Up Report, 2022).

  • Interactive Power BI dashboards, built to PL-300 certified standards
  • Extract & transform: cleaning and joining data from any source
  • Impact & outcome reporting for boards, funders and grant bodies
  • Automated refresh — the numbers update themselves, not your evenings

Adopt AI with confidence, not hype

AI can genuinely transform how small teams work — but only when it's applied to the right problems. As a Microsoft Certified Expert — Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect — and AI Transformation Leader, I help you cut through the noise: where AI will save you time, where it won't, and how to roll it out safely.

  • AI readiness assessment: your data, your tools, your quick wins
  • Microsoft Copilot rollout, configuration and team training
  • AI-assisted reporting and insight inside Power BI
  • Responsible AI guidance — governance, privacy and data protection

Stop doing the work a workflow should do

If your team spends hours re-typing data, chasing approvals or building the same report every month, that's time you're never getting back. I build Power Apps and Power Automate flows on the Microsoft 365 licences you probably already pay for.

  • Custom Power Apps for data capture, casework and stock
  • CRM selection, design and rollout on Microsoft Dataverse
  • Automated approvals, notifications and document generation
  • Integrations across SharePoint, Teams, Excel and email
  • Documentation and handover so it keeps working without me

What is manual reporting actually costing you?

Most organisations underestimate how much time disappears into manual data work. Move the sliders to see the real annual cost — and how quickly automation pays for itself.

  • Takes under 60 seconds

The hidden cost of disconnected systems

The calculator above shows the reporting cost. The bigger one is everything in between — information scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes and apps that don't talk to each other.

A centralised CRM — a model-driven app on the Microsoft Power Platform — captures information once, as you work, so the evidence is ready the moment a funder asks. No rebuilding the story at reporting time. That's exactly what the End‑to‑end build below delivers.

Fixed price. No surprises.

Ask about retainers

Questions people actually ask

We're a small charity — can we afford this?

Almost certainly. Most of my work is built on Microsoft licences charities already own (often heavily discounted or free through Microsoft's nonprofit programme). Projects are scoped to your budget, and I'll tell you honestly if something isn't worth the spend.

Our data is a mess. Do we need to fix it first?

No — messy data is the normal starting point, not a blocker. Cleaning and connecting your data is part of the job, and you'll end up with a repeatable process rather than a one-off tidy-up.

We need a CRM — can you help us choose and build one?

Yes — and the advice comes before the build. Roughly a third of charities are actively seeking external help selecting the right system, and choosing badly is expensive. I offer independent selection advice first (you may not need a new system at all), then design and rollout on Microsoft Dataverse and Power Apps if that's the right fit — often on licences you already own.

Do we need a digital strategy before we start?

You need one, but you don't need it first — we can build it together. When last surveyed, 45.5% of Northern Ireland organisations had no digital strategy at all (Wired Up Report, 2022). That's exactly the gap a solutions architect fills: a practical roadmap that sequences the quick wins and the big moves, so every project builds toward the same picture.

Will we be locked into you to keep things running?

No. Everything I build is documented and handed over with training, built on your own Microsoft tenancy. You own it all. Plenty of clients come back for new work — but by choice, not necessity.

How quickly can we get started?

Discovery calls are usually available within a week. A first dashboard typically ships within 2–4 weeks of kick-off, depending on how many data sources are involved.

Do you work outside Northern Ireland?

Yes — I'm based in Belfast and work in person across NI, and remotely with clients throughout the UK and Ireland. Most engagements run perfectly well over Teams.
